Install Laravel On Windows Xampp

1. download composer : https://getcomposer.org/download/  -- Composer-Setup.exe 'click'.
2. run this exe file and select path -- C:\xampp\htdocs
3. click to next and install composer.
4. open cmd
5. go to c:\xampp\htdocs
6. run -- composer create-project laravel/laravel blog (blog is your directory of project name)
